The Story Our Ethiopia Guji microlot is an elegant, sun-dried natural process coffee from the high-altitude peaks of Guji, Ethiopia. Grown at over 2,000 meters, sourced from regional heirloom varieties, these dense beans deliver a literal fruit bomb with a complex floral twist. It is light, sophisticated, and perfectly defined by delicate floral aromatics and a bright, joyful sweetness. Excellent as a vibrant pour-over or a complex, fruit-forward espresso.
