Welcome to Prose Coffee Company! We aim to ensure that your coffee purchasing experience is as smooth and enjoyable as our delicious coffee. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Shipping Schedule
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Subscription Shipments: Subscription orders are shipped on a recurring basis according to the selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). The first shipment will be processed immediately upon subscription, and subsequent shipments will follow the chosen schedule.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier availability, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, and delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping to international destinations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
6. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@prosecoffeecompany.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@prosecoffeecompany.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Subscription Changes and Cancellations
To modify or cancel your subscription, please log in to your account on our website or contact our customer service team at info@prosecoffeecompany.com. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.
